About the project

The initiative focuses on establishing a modern, unified infrastructure and security baseline to enable efficient business scaling while ensuring robust protection of customer and broker data. By delivering a centrally managed, reliable, and secure technology estate across infrastructure, operations, and platform services, the programme accelerates acquisitions, drives operational efficiency, and ensures end-users are equipped with optimal tools from day one. Execution is structured across three key phases: stabilizing and remediating the existing environment, transforming it towards a Zero Trust operating model, and operating while scaling a consistent, automated, and repeatable foundation across all business entities.

Required Technical Expertise & Capabilities

  • Demonstrated track record of 5+ years providing services in cloud infrastructure engineering, system administration, or DevOps frameworks.

  • Hands-on expertise in utilizing Azure infrastructure & OpenTofu, managing global MDM/MAM policies & Conditional Access.

  • Profound experience in configuring AVD & DaaS environments, driving application migrations toward PWA-only models, and leveraging Azure DevOps.

  • Proven background in implementing secure and scalable infrastructure solutions.

  • Prior commercial exposure to the Insurance/Finance domain is considered an asset.

  • Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Strong technical consulting capabilities are highly valued.

  • Familiarity with on-premise infrastructure (AD domains, Windows server, networking) is a plus.

  • Services can be delivered entirely remotely or from equipped co-working hubs in Kraków and Kielce.
