About the role

The project establishes a modern, unified infrastructure and security baseline that enables the business to scale efficiently while maintaining strong protection of customer and broker data. By creating a centrally managed, reliable and secure technology estate across infrastructure, operations and platform services, the organisation can accelerate acquisitions, improve operational efficiency and provide employees with the tools they need from day one. Delivered in three phases, the programme first stabilises and remediates the existing environment, then transforms it towards a Zero Trust operating model, and finally focuses on operating and scaling a consistent, automated and repeatable foundation across all business entities.

What we expect in general

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, system administration or DevOps roles
  • Hands-on expertise with Azure infrastructure & OpenTofu, Managing global MDM/MAM policies & Conditional Access,
  • Configuring AVD & DaaS environments, Application migrations toward PWA-only models, Azure DevOps
  • Experience with implementing secure and scalable infrastructure
  • Experience in Insurance/Finance domain is a plus
  • Fluent English communication (both written and verbal)
  • Consulting skills is a plus
  • Experience with on-prem infrastructure (AD domains, Windows server, networking) – Nice to have
  • Happy to work remotely or from one of our offices in Kraków or Kielce
