Project scope
We are working on a new, AI-based project created for developers and integrated with IDE. The team will be tasked with investigating issues and helping users, creating reproductions and working closely with dev and QA teams. You will become a power user, so you can help others.

Youtrack/Jira, Kotlin, LLMs models, Git, Bash, SQL
Challenges
This position requires initiative, ownership. This is not only a task with helping users, but also guiding QA and dev teams as well as contributing to how project is shaped.
Team
2 support engineers.

What we expect in general:

  • At least two years of experience in providing customer support for commercial software tools.
  • Coding experience (Java, Kotlin, TypeScript or Go).
  • Experience with issue-tracking systems, such as YouTrack or Jira.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills and customer support.
  • Knowledge of one or more JetBrains IDEs.
  • Knowledge of major OSs, Bash, SSH, and SQL.
  • Experience with any AI tool for IDEs, such as JetBrains AI Assistant, Github Copilot, or Cursor AI.
  • Understanding of version control systems.
  • Knowledge of network protocols.
  • Experience in collecting and sharing knowledge.
