About the role
Scope of duties
- Verification of documents for formal and accounting accuracy
- Allocation of costs and revenues
- Preparation and management of B2B contracts
- Issuing sales invoices
- Monitoring receivables and cash flows (AR / AP)
- Preparing reports and analyses
- Managing corporate cards and monitoring card transactions
- Preparing payments
- Preparing data for accounting purposes

Finance, HR & Payroll
Team description
The Finance Team cares about all financial and human resources & payroll processes in VL Group companies and works closely with Accounting Departments in Poland, Germany, and the UK.
Join the Finance, HR&Payroll team, and develop your skills in a wide area of corporate finance and human resources. You will be responsible for the flow of documents and payments, analysis of financial information, and the preparation of reports. You will liaise with suppliers, customers, and employees. You will also influence VL Group's financial strategy.

Challenges
The main challenges we face are changing tax and labour regulations and the VL Group's continuing dynamic growth. We are constantly developing our knowledge and skills to keep up to date and improve all processes to ensure the smooth running of the whole Group.
Team
We are a small team of 4 people who enjoy working together, acquiring knowledge, and solving problems.
What we expect in general
- Willingness to work in a hybrid system (2-3 days per week in the office)
- Relevant education in finance and accounting
- Experience in a similar position – minimum 2 years
- Knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Good command of MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Fluent proficiency in Polish (at least C1/C2 level)
- Communicative proficiency in English (B2 level)
- Independence, accuracy, and ability to organize own work
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Familiarity with accounting software systems (preferred)
