About the role

Shape the future of a rapidly scaling UK insurance leader. You’ll be responsible for security operations in a modern security stack and streamline integration capabilities to unify a high-growth MGA and brokerage ecosystem. Key tasks include incident response, AV/EDR operations, creating and updating security policies, SIEM operations, IAM hardening.

What we expect in general

  • 5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure Engineering or Security Enginering roles
  • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Security Stack included Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Intune, Networking Security, Cloud Security.
  • Proficiency in Security practices: incident reponse, security analysis, hardening.
  • Experience with securing and maintaining Microsoft Stack services
  • Experience with insurance infrastructure is a plus
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • English at B2+ level
  • Happy to work remotely or from one of our offices in Kraków or Kielce
