About the role
We are looking for a people-oriented Talent Acquisition & Office Coordinator who will play a dual role in our organization. You will be primarily responsible for driving the Talent Acquisition scope of work (approx. 75% of your time) while also ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office environment. Talent Acquisition (75%) scope:
- Proactively search for candidates using various sourcing methods and tools.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through personalized communication.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviews to offer and onboarding.
- Support employer branding initiatives both online and offline.
Office Coordination & Support (25%) scope:
- Handle daily correspondence (mail, courier) and manage incoming/outgoing parcels.
- Grant and manage access to the office, including issuing access cards.
- Support onsite onboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with HR and IT teams.
- Organize internal meetings, team events, and in-office gatherings.
- Serve as the main point of contact for office suppliers and service providers.
- Monitor the condition, supplies, and functionality of the office space to ensure a comfortable working environment.
- Support compliance with ISO standards within the office infrastructure.

In addition to sourcing candidates, you will also design and implement recruitment strategies, build long-lasting relationships with candidates, and support recruitment marketing and employer branding activities. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, managing communication between them, candidates, and other stakeholders involved in the recruitment process. We offer plenty of opportunities for growth!

What we expect in general:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
- A creative and proactive approach to sourcing, candidate attraction, and engagement.
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement — you take full ownership of your tasks and actually get things done.
- Solid understanding of current recruitment trends, sourcing channels, and selection methods.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- A data-driven approach to recruitment, with the ability to track metrics and use insights to improve performance.
- Effective task and time management skills — you prioritize well and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
- A self-starter attitude with initiative and problem-solving skills — you don’t wait for instructions, you act.
