About the role
Join our product team to transform complex manufacturing and logistics data into intuitive user experiences. In this autonomous role, you will design and optimize an advanced, data-heavy web application used by industrial engineers to calculate workload and time management for a major UK-based retail network.
We are building an advanced, data-heavy analytical web application for a major UK-based retail network. The system is designed for industrial engineers to calculate complex workloads, shifts, and time management for thousands of personnel across stores and massive distribution centers.
- Creating wireframes and interactive prototypes for new features in Figma.
- Optimizing existing features for complex data sets (dense tables, filters, variables).
- Working daily with a corporate Design System to ensure visual consistency.
- Presenting designs to stakeholders, gathering feedback, and mitigating technical risks before handoff.
- Collaborating daily with the UK product team and India-based developers.
An international product ecosystem requiring daily collaboration between the Product team in the UK and the Development team in India.
What we expect in general
- Experience in designing enterprise applications, internal systems, or analytical tools (with a strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to present dense data layouts and complex tables clearly).
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and hands-on experience working with comprehensive corporate Design Systems.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) with the ability to confidently lead both technical and business discussions in an international environment.
- High autonomy and proactive communication – a self-starter who naturally reaches out for clarity and engages in direct dialogue with developers to understand technical constraints.
- Strong business and pragmatic mindset – ability to deliver user-centric designs while respecting budget limitations and technology constraints.
- Adaptability and resilience – comfortable working with tight deadlines, fast-paced changes, and stepping up during high-intensity project phases.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model in the Krakow office (2-3 days a week from the office).
